Home At Last is a Nebraska Certified Agency in Omaha that provides supports and services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Under the supervision of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), we assist individuals living in a private setting shared with their caregivers to develop daily living skills to assist in attaining self-set goals.
Shared Living Homes
These are homes shared with a caregiver committed to understand the wants and needs of the individual while adhering to DHHS rules and regulations. These homes are monitored, trained and supported by Home At Last to assist each individual to meet their set goals while treating individuals with dignity and respect at all times. Transparency and open communication help us to maintain higher standards and best practices in all of our services.
Our Caregivers
The Home At Last team and our caregivers commit to understand and adhere to the DHHS regulations. We continuously monitor both the understanding and the completion of the following expectations from us. Aside from that, we also provide additional feedback when necessary to assist the Shared Living Provider.
